She was having discomfort issues and was straining when she pooped. We took her to the vet for a roto-rooting and a round of diagnostics and found that she has a mass on her spleen. Given the location it's likely a hemangiosarcoma.
Her appetite is good, her blood work was good, and aside from the constipation and discomfort she seems to be doing well.
We will move her to comfort care to ensure she's pain free and feed her soft high moisture foods. She'll live out her last few months sleeping on plush beds and running the household with an iron paw
